Aufgaben

• Serve as the main point of contact for logistics service requests, questions, and concerns.
• Research order, shipment, receiving, inventory, and delivery status as needed.
• Keep internal customers and operational teams informed with clear, professional, and accurate status updates.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and other operational teams to resolve requests.
• Track open requests, maintain accurate records of responses and resolutions, and follow through until each request is resolved.
• Identify urgent issues and expedite them to the appropriate team or leadership.
• Communicate delays, exceptions, and changes that may affect customer or project requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
