Logistics Security Supervisor (Mon-Fri; 7am-3pm) - $23.00/Hour - Weekly Pay (Administrative)

Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor for its clients' logistics and fulfillment centers.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site leadership for security personnel assigned to the facility.
• Acts as the principal contact for client management at the facility.
• Trains security staff and maintains awareness of emergency response activities, evacuation procedures, hazmat protocols, fire detection, and injury reporting.
• Documents incidents and conditions causing risk, and forwards reports to building leadership.
• Ensures compliance with all Metro One programs, policies, and reporting requirements.
• Establishes productive relationships with client site management and Metro One management.
• Maintains communication protocols to ensure effective client relationships.
• Maintains all patrol/fleet vehicles and equipment used in security operations on-site.
• Performs initiatives, emergency responses, and other tasks as required by Metro One management.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a security workforce, law enforcement, or military.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or fulfillment centers is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening and meet applicable legal requirements.
