Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Inwood, WV is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist to coordinate shipment scheduling, dispatching, planning and tracking. This coordinator role requires 3–6 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Base pay is $24.00/hr with a weekend premium of $1.50/hr. The schedule is 12 hours, 7:00am–7:00pm on a 2-2-3 cycle. You will prepare rate proposals, select carriers, monitor performance and ensure on-time delivery per policy.

Qualifications

• This is a coordinator position. Good interpersonal skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Generally prefer 3-6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment scheduling, dispatching, planning, tracking, and tracing.
• Prepare rate proposals for customers and determine most appropriate carriers.
• Interface with Transportation organization and analysts to optimize operations.
• Ascertain delivery requirements based on company policy.
