Job summary

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist - Traffic Control Coordinator for the USA West Branch location. The role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, directs drivers, and maintains yard flow and inventory.

The position operates on a first shift (6am–2:30pm, Fri.–Tue.) with a pay range of $18.75–$21.50 per hour. The company emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs while supporting our global logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Direct truck drivers to ensure trailers are located in the correct yard location
• Promote efficiencies through optimal trailer placement in the yard
• Ensure shipping paperwork matches the computer system
• Validate paperwork and trailer markings against records
• Provide proper paperwork to truck drivers
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
• Ensure safety requirements are followed and equipment inspected
• Keep the office area clean, organized and secure
• Record daily production reports and yard checks with drivers and clients
