Job summary

Synchrogistics in Raleigh, NC is launching a 5-month Sales Executive Training Program designed to build a logistics and sales career from the ground up. You’ll spend 3 months in operations, learning freight movement, pricing, and carrier coordination, followed by 2 months of sales training with a mentor to guide you through prospecting and customer development.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required (college degree a plus).
• Full-time, on-site in Raleigh.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people.
• Competitive drive and willingness to hustle.
• Experience with MS Office 365, Salesforce, or LinkedIn is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete a structured 3-month operations training program to learn the logistics industry.
• Gain hands-on experience tracking shipments, coordinating freight, and communicating with carriers and customers.
• Learn freight pricing, capacity management, and carrier relationship development.
• Transition into a 2-month sales training program focused on prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, and developing your own customer portfolio.
• Shadow experienced Sales Executives and participate in coaching, role-playing, and live sales activities.
• Begin building and growing your own book of business with ongoing mentorship.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and transportation solutions.
