Amnex Solutions Corp is seeking a Logistics Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to become the engine behind our continued hiring. This role requires hunting for talent, building relationships with logistics pros, and creating a steady pipeline to support rapid growth in the Chicago area and nationwide.

You will identify experienced professionals, sell them on Amnex's opportunities, and work to fill roles such as Freight Brokers, Drayage Operations Specialists, OTR Operations Specialists,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or executive-search experience.
• Experience recruiting within freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, supply chain, trucking, or similar industry.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, databases, and direct outreach.
• Confidence approaching passive candidates.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• The ability to evaluate personality, ambition, communication ability, and cultural fit — not simply read a resume.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify experienced logistics professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, referrals, competitors, and direct outreach.
• Recruit passive candidates who are not actively applying for jobs.
• Build relationships with high-performing freight professionals across the Chicago market and nationwide.
• Create talent pipelines for positions we will hire for repeatedly.
• Develop creative strategies for reaching candidates that traditional job postings don't reach.
• Understand Amnex's growth story, culture, compensation structure, and career opportunities.
• Clearly communicate our value proposition to candidates.
• Keep strong candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Identify talent needs before they become emergencies.
