Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must obtain Missouri Gaming Commission license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to count inventory accurately.
- Safe use of receiving dock and warehouse equipment.
- Read/write/understand English.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to Missouri Gaming Commission regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all guests.
- Physically receive and unload items from trucks.
- Deliver supplies to designated locations.
- Safely operate pallet jack and powered pallet jack.
- Assist with inventory control.
- Report shortages or damaged shipments to warehouse manager.
- Know casino events and promotional activities.
- Keep work areas clean and orderly.
- Maintain off-site storage and secure locked areas.
- Ensure safety and security of guests and team members.
- Comply with Bally's policies and department management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
