Qualifications

• 1+ year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with TMS/WMS or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track shipments.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming shipments to match work orders.
• Prepare outgoing pallet loads and keep shipments on schedule.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records with digital logs."documentation.
• Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with carriers and drivers.
• Be the main contact for truck drivers, vendors, and visitors.
• Use COLT/Blue Yonder inventory software to optimize workflow.
• Perform pre-shift door checks and assign loads with forklift coordination.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSDS, and company policies.
• Support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed.
