Unclassified is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator to support its supply chain operations in Lakewood, NJ. This role coordinates domestic and international shipments, monitors inventory, and creates replenishment plans across Amazon, Walmart, and 3PL warehouses.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency with Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional office experience required.
• Experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages.
• Create replenishment plans for Amazon, Walmart, and 3PL warehouses.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners.
• Track shipments from production through final delivery.
• Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support purchasing decisions.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory management systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory planning and operational efficiency.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Assist with additional logistics and purchasing projects as needed.
