Job summary

NAVAIR is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist in the Information System & Technical Division, Weapons Integration Logistics Department, at China Lake. You'll manage risk, monitor schedules, and coordinate funding within your Working Group.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure program success, documenting issues and mitigation steps while aligning with federal salary ranges and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying risks and mitigation strategies for projects.
• Ability to monitor schedules and participate in planning meetings.
• Experience coordinating funding and drafting work agreements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-team stakeholders to meet program goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and record risks, mitigation strategies and issues for applications within their Working Group with guidance.
• Monitor project schedule and performance and participate in project planning/status meetings.
• Coordinate funding for external projects and author work agreement(s), as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams when initiative needs exceed the boundaries of assigned Working Group.
