Job summary

Henkel in Westlake, OH is seeking an experienced logistics leader to drive major supply chain projects across transportation, warehousing and network design. You will coordinate regional transitions, ensure alignment with operational capabilities and work closely with operations, planning, procurement and IT to deliver results.

The role requires 8+ years in logistics, strong leadership and expertise with MS Project, SAP, TMS and WMS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and logistics systems (MS Project, SAP, TMS, WMS).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support logistics projects from planning through execution across transportation, warehousing and network domains.
  • Manage implementation of logistics network changes, including new flows and regional transitions.
  • Coordinate materials flow changes aligned with operational capabilities and supply chain requirements.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders including operations, planning, procurement, and IT.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments and communication strategies.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks or roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate change management and training activities to support project adoption.
  • Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and project prioritization.
  • Ensure proper documentation of deliverables and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to standardization and improvement of project management practices within logistics.

What You´ll Do

What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
  • Experience with warehouse relocations is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple functions or geographic regions.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, including warehouse operations, transportation, and material flows.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and logistics systems (e.g., MS Project, SAP, TMS, WMS).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 and $120,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
