Synectic Solutions, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Logistics/Program Support Analyst to deliver technical, logistics, and program support to PEO IWS-11 for CIWS and RAM weapon systems. Onsite in Crystal City, the role supports fleet assistance, ILS, spares budgeting, and missile inventory management.

You will assist fleet operations, maintain ILS and provisioning documentation, manage spares budgeting and missile inventory, and prepare briefs for program meetings and reviews.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of logistics, program support, or technical support experience with Navy or DoD weapon system programs.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Working knowledge of Navy shipboard weapon systems and ILS processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, logistics, and program support to PEO IWS-11 related to maintenance and training for CIWS and RAM weapon systems.
• Prepare briefing and training materials in support of program and fleet requirements.
• Provide planning and coordination support, including liaison with government field activities and hardware contractors.
• Prepare briefings and participate in program meetings.
• Provide data support for missile inventory management and ILS-related reporting.
