Logistics Program of Instruction (POI) / Trainer Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Title: Logistics Program of Instruction (POI) / Trainer Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location: Remote support (CONUS) and OCONUS travel to partner nations in SOUTHCOM

Level of Effort: Part Time

• Non-travel months: Approximately 30 hours/month
• Engagement: Approximately 80 hours/month during engagement months
• Post-Engagement: Support as needed

Overview: The Hoplite Group is seeking a Logistics POI / Trainer SME to support the development and delivery of curriculum for mid-level officers responsible for logistics and equipment readiness in partner nations within the SOUTHCOM area of responsibility.

Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of core logistics functions and have experience developing curriculum and instructional materials for classroom environments.

• O-4/O-5/O-6 level officer with a background in U.S. military organizational leadership, operational logistics, resourcing strategy, and multi-cultural environments.
• Experience planning and executing core logistics functions at operational and tactical levels, including deployment, distribution, supply, maintenance, logistics services, operational contract support, engineering, and joint health services.
• Extensive experience coordinating with Allies and Partners.
• Spanish fluency required.
