Job summary

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a motivated Logistics Program Manager to oversee warehouse programs and manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and quality while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will bring project management expertise in warehouse and logistics support, with experience supervising laborers and managing budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years of experience in program management, logistics support.
• Experience as a laborer in construction-related management roles preferred.
• Onsite at Warehouse location in Northern Virginia 8 hours a day between 6:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday (Occasional Weekend Support may be required).
• Experience with Microsoft and other computing environmental tools for daily management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple assignments with strict deadlines and coordinate efforts among multiple shifts and resources.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute multiple programs while managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of labor-intensive projects, ensuring tasks are completed according to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Create and manage program schedules, track progress, and adjust timelines as needed to meet objectives.
• Provide consistent collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks to program success, including staffing shortages and equipment issues.
• Supervise and provide oversight of all tasks performed by support laborers.
• Identify resource management issues by proactive planning.
• Ensure laborers are trained in safety procedures and proper equipment usage.
• Maintain thorough understanding of manual tasks performed by laborer team and provide leadership.
• Monitor laborer performance and implement productivity-improvement strategies.
• Communicate with executive management and stakeholders to support key initiatives.
• Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems to prevent pitfalls.
• Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios with creative problem-solving.
• Prepare and manage program budget and monitor costs.
• Order and manage procurement of materials and supplies.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to upper management.
• Maintain detailed documentation of program activities and changes to scope.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and analyze outcomes for improvements.
