Job summary

LVMH Fragrances And Cosmetics (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Production and Logistics Intern for a 6-month internship. The role offers a hybrid on-site position in the Pioneer area, with exposure to cross-functional teams and 3PL partners.

You will support projects to improve assembly productivity, streamline processes, and participate in implementing a cloud-based TMS platform, contributing to measurable efficiency gains in logistics and back-office operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months full-time internship starting Dec 2026/Jan 2027 to Jun 2027.
• Diploma qualification or higher, preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Prior internship or project experience in production, logistics, or supply chain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Improve assembly productivity through online productivity initiatives and process improvements.
• Review workload scopes and map processes with 3PL to create standard Work Instructions (WI).
• Assist in year-end closing planning and streamline related systems and processes.
• Support cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation and data gathering for freight management.
• Assist back-office automation in logistics and production to reduce manual tasks.
