Job summary

Hermès offers a five-month Generation H internship at the Dayton Service Center in Dayton, NJ. You will participate in logistics projects, SOP development, and KPI analysis as part of a mentor-guided program.

Interns are paid an hourly rate of $20.00, work in-person, and join a guest-speaker series with capstone project collaboration. The program is part-time and runs January 11, 2027 through June 28, 2027.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering (MBA variants considered).
Proven ability to solve problems using analytics, data, and observations.
Knowledge of time studies, facilities layouts, process improvement, and lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

Complete process time studies and data analysis to assess process performance.
Collaborate with leaders to identify improvements to physical and system processes.
Assist in the development and organization of SOPs.
Collaborate on strategic recommendations for long-term logistics projects.
Develop KPIs measurement approaches for inbound/outbound/inventory.
Communicate improvements and project plans with leadership.
