Job summary

Korean IT consulting co. is seeking a Logistics Pricing Analyst (Sr. Staff) to lead pricing strategy, conduct cost analyses, and manage commercial contracts across warehousing and distribution.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to define MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs. You will build dynamic cost models, evaluate 3PL bids, and prepare executive-level reports and business cases to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of logistics pricing, warehousing procurement, cost modeling, or related supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling, pivot tables and pricing analysis.
• Experience with enterprise logistics systems (TMS, WMS, ERP).
• Proven ability to create executive-level presentations and reports.
• Strong negotiation and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy, cost analysis, and commercial contract management across warehousing and distribution operations.
• Build dynamic cost models for storage, labor, equipment, and value-added services (VAS) to evaluate 3PL proposals.
• Generate executive-level reports, pricing summaries, scenario analyses, and business cases for strategic decisions.
• Analyze warehouse rate structures and identify cost-saving opportunities across distribution centers.
• Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for 3PL warehousing operations and related vendors.
• Draft, review, and manage MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, rate cards with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Manage contract renewals, pricing amendments, and vendor performance reviews.
• Execute procurement workflows, vendor quote evaluations, and cost variance analyses in logistics systems.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Support warehouse launches, expansions, relocations, and strategic logistics initiatives.
• Evaluate warehouse automation, robotics, MHE, and related tech from operational/financial angles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pricing strategy, cost analysis, and commercial contract management across warehousing and distribution operations.
• Build dynamic cost models covering storage, labor, equipment, and value-added services (VAS) to evaluate 3PL proposals and benchmark against direct operation costs.
• Generate executive-level reports, pricing summaries, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic decision‑making.
• Analyze warehouse rate structures and identify cost‑saving opportunities across distribution centers.
• Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for 3PL warehousing operations and direct‑operation support vendors, including staffing agencies, MHE providers, racking vendors, and automation suppliers.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to draft, review, and manage MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, rate cards, and other commercial agreements.
• Manage contract renewals, pricing amendments, scope changes, and vendor performance reviews.
• Execute procurement workflows, vendor quote evaluations, commercial bid comparisons, and cost variance analyses through enterprise logistics systems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Support warehouse launches, expansions, relocations, operational transitions, and strategic logistics initiatives.
• Evaluate warehouse automation, robotics, MHE, and emerging logistics technologies from operational and financial perspectives.

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex logistics data into actionable business insights.
• Deep understanding of warehousing operations, logistics pricing, procurement, and vendor management.
• Experience managing sourcing initiatives, commercial negotiations, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities and projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics pricing, warehousing procurement, cost modeling, contract administration, or related supply chain functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables, and pricing analysis.
• Strong understanding of warehousing cost drivers, labor planning, equipment leasing/purchasing, and commercial contract structures.
• Experience with enterprise logistics systems, TMS, WMS, ERP, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to create executive-level presentations and reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large-scale distribution networks or multi‑site warehouse operations.
• Exposure to MHE leasing/purchasing, pallet pooling agreements, or temporary staffing procurement.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Logistics, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and compliance standards.
