Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight coordination, or supply chain analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting tools.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or load boards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer transportation management and load execution.
• Monitor shipment activity, appointments, and carrier performance.
• Act as liaison between carriers, operations, customer service, and warehousing.
• Identify and resolve transportation or service issues.
• Maintain logistics data and reporting tools.
• Prepare timeliness reports and outbound shipment trackers.
• Analyze trends to improve freight optimization.
• Manage freight schedules and carrier assignments.
• Create carrier scorecards and KPIs.
• Review freight invoices for accuracy and cost control.
• Support TMS reviews and logistics process improvements.
