Responsible for the quality of the customer orders within the inbound, outbound, and dispatch operational work areas. Operational Roles
  • INBOUND: Receive and transfer goods from suppliers into totes.
  • OUTBOUND: Pick and pack customer orders in ambient, chill, or freezer environments.
  • DISPATCH: Assist in loading or moving customer orders throughout the center.
  • Achieve productivity goals and targets.
  • Flex across operational roles in inbound, outbound, and dispatch areas.
  • Resolve minor production issues or seek leadership assistance as needed.
  • Follow quality and accuracy guidelines to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Adhere to operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Follow safety and food safety protocols, reporting issues promptly.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
