Job summary

I3 INFOTEK INC is seeking a detail-oriented logistics associate to handle parts purchasing, stock control, and warehouse operations. You will manage order flow, verify parts against invoices, and maintain cost data in Fleet Focus while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating forklifts, and delivering parts with company vehicles, along with providing strong customer service by phone, email, or in person.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to the facility.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations and parts procurement.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with vendor catalogs and procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Order and purchase parts and supplies; maintain Purchase Card logs.
• Perform parts and stock inventories/reconciliations per policy.
• Post cost data into Fleet Focus and track MSDS when required.
• Fill orders, stock shelves, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Deliver parts using state vehicle and manage shipping/mailing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure safety standards.
• Provide in-person, phone, and email customer service.
• Keep warehouse and offices neat, safe, and compliant.
