Gorilla Glue in Sharonville, OH is seeking an Entry Level Warehouse Associate to operate powered pallet jacks and RF devices, pick orders accurately, and maintain a safe workspace. This role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a 1st shift, contributing to a high-accuracy picking process in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be goal oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Possess basic math and keyboard skills.
• Safety-first mindset with attention to detail (high pick accuracy).

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and RF devices.
• Pick orders accurately and timely, stacking pallets up to 84 inches.
• Label pallets and apply correct customer carton labels as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and report safety issues immediately.
• Support shift between LTL and Shipline picking and work 8- or 10-hour days.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and communicate effectively.
