Job summary

Gorilla Glue, Inc. is hiring for a warehouse order picker in Sharonville, OH. The role requires operating powered industrial trucks, using RF devices, and accurate, timely order picking with attention to safety and quality.

You will stack pallets, label shipments, and follow customer packing instructions while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts with overtime are expected, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Attention to detail to adhere to 99.92% pick accuracy and maintain 95% efficiency rating.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Ability to use RF technology including wearing a gladiator type device.
• Pick orders in an accurate and timely manner to include stacking boxes onto a pallet up to 84 inches.
• Label pallets with the applicable movable unit (MU).
• Apply correct customer carton labels during the picking process.
• Identify issues and report to Supervisor or Team Lead when errors are repetitive.
• Maintain a clean work environment in racks, aisles, and PIT locations.
• Notify the Supervisor of any safety issues immediately.
• Work between LTL and Shipline order picking.
• Work 8- or 10-hour day plus overtime as required.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Communicate effectively and follow safety guidelines.

The position requires an individual to be able to pick orders in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining and operating a safe work environment.
