Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company in Florida is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage shipments, audits, and payments with a focus on cost efficiency and on-time delivery. You will work with external partners, maintain OLIVER data, and support dashboards and reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, ERP/TMS experience, and strong Office skills. A full-time position based in Florida, reporting to the Logistics Operations Manager, with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a logistics-related role.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with ERP systems such as DBS, SAP, Island Pacific, and/or Oracle.
Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as Oracle OTM, Red Prairie, and/or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Shipment Management: review demand/flow, tendering, and carrier selections to meet service at lowest cost.
Coordinate shipments with suppliers, carriers, and third-party consolidators.
Address day-to-day performance of supply chain partners and resolve shipment issues.
Improve transit time by recognizing and resolving freight delays.
Reporting: explain dashboards and scorecards; maintain data tables and ETA updates.
Audit and allocate supply chain fees; handle inquiries and escalations.
OLIVER System Help Desk: user enablement, training, and support.
