Ultimate Staffing in Plano, Texas is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to analyze and support the management of warehouse operations by implementing daily activities and planning, optimizing storage of materials, transportation and supply, ensuring accurate shipments of goods to customers, and improving delivery performance.

The role focuses on KPI maintenance, capacity planning, and ongoing improvements across North America branches, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
Ability to multitask with exceptional attention to detail.
Travel 10% within US/Canada.
6+ years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience in corporate level warehouse operations or 3PLs logistics companies (electronics) preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support warehousing, transportation, inbound and outbound forwarding for all NA branches; coordinate policies and procedures.
Analyze operation data, identify improvements, and train SDS branch operators.
Maintain and improve KPIs and productivity for logistics operations; conduct improvement projects.
Research best practices in logistics and implement suitable approaches across North America.
Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required by line manager or Head of Team.
