Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Logistics Operator III to perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including pallet building, inbound unloading, outbound loading, and replenishment of the pick areas. The role may require a PIT forklift and travel across the warehouse to fulfill pick tickets safely and efficiently.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, lift 30–75 lbs, collaborate with teammates, and help maintain safety and accuracy.

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm, may potentially work 16 hours per day during the probationary period of 90 days; after the 90 day period, for newer employees, 12 hours per day may periodically occur.

Logistics Operator III is responsible for various assignments, duties, and tasks within the Warehouse which, may or may not require the use of a PIT Forklift to complete. These responsibilities may include pallet building; Inbound Unloading; Outbound Loading; Replenishment of the Pick Floor or Vertique Mezzanine Areas, and or the fulfillment of Customer Orders.This role will travel throughout the warehouse pick area to retrieve and stack specific products and quantities; per the Pick Ticket assigned while maintaining any determined expectations of safety, accuracy, and, or efficiency. This position performs other tasks assigned by Warehouse Management including, pallet stacking, handling damage restack and, or rework, stacking product, and picking up pallets with a Pallet Jack, when applicable.
