Job summary

WellNecessities Holdings is seeking a Warehouse/Office Support role to assist with daily operations, inventory management, and customer inquiries. The candidate will help manage storage, maintain records, and ensure proper equipment handling and FDA-compliant documentation.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 6 months of related experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and monitoring storage and warehouse.
• Perform routine sanitizing and cleaning of all equipment that comes through the facility.
• Maintain and update files and records associated with inventory.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints pertaining to equipment issues and services.
• Explain equipment use clearly and answer questions; provide prompt customer satisfaction.
• Assist DME department with shipping and receiving and inventory management.
• Record recurring questions or problems to improve procedures.
• Ensure paperwork and logs meet FDA standards.
