Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution and delivery of data center hardware to and from Cloudflare data centers in the region.
• Collaborate with warehousing providers, freight forwarders, and external vendors across time zones.
• Engage internal teams such as Data Center Engineering, Capacity Planning and Procurement.
• Support data center expansions, hardware renewals, reverse logistics and spare parts fulfillment.
• Develop and implement consistent processes and performance metrics using BI/AI tools.

You will work closely with Cloudflare's Infrastructure team as well as with external vendors and partners to support the rapid growth and maintenance of our data center infrastructure. You will be responsible for coordinating the distribution and delivery of data center hardware to and from our data centers within the region. You will participate in the development and implementation of consistent processes and performance measurements, utilizing business intelligence and AI tools.
You will support the team globally on infrastructure projects such as data center expansions, hardware renewals, reverse logistics and spare parts fulfillment.
This is a role that requires understanding of warehousing, transportation, and requires experience with data analysis and AI tools. You will support our partners within a complex and fast moving global supply chain.
This is a highly collaborative position that will require coordinating with:

• Warehousing providers, freight forwarders, importer of record partners, customs brokers and data center partners to plan and execute on the delivery of data center hardware.
• External vendors including hardware manufacturers, rack integrators and contract vendors, across time zones, in support of our 200+ and growing data center locations.
• Internal teams such as Data Center Engineering, Capacity Planning, Trade Compliance, Hardware Sourcing, and Procurement.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

• Post-secondary degree in a technical or business management field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with global supply chains and logistics is necessary.
• Ability to be proactive with ability to learn fast and execute on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to recognize areas for improvements in operational processes in a rapidly changing environment.
• Python, LLM usage and AI tooling experience.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

Desirable, but not required:

• Experience supporting data centers or other Networking/IT hardware and infrastructure.
• Multi-lingual, preferably in Spanish.
