Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Specialist in Logistics Administration to support National Security Solutions.

The role involves coordinating logistics, maintaining records, and preparing reports for weapon system programs, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication. Candidates should have a BA/BS in Business Administration or substantial related experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field; 8 years practical experience or 16 years in related field in lieu of formal education.
• Knowledge of B-52 aircraft weapon systems and subsystems strongly desired.
• Experience as maintainer, technician, logistician, maintenance planner/scheduler, supply manager, or equipment specialist required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, word processing, data management and records keeping.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Occasional briefings to team members, KBR management, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities with internal/external customers.
• Oversee project completion including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress.
• Prepare activity and status reports for management.
• Maintain records and generate reports to support weapon system programs.
• Assign engineer drawings to owners or Weapon System Codes in A-TEAM.
• Research aircraft parts and NSN data using IHS Haystack Gold and WebFLIS/FedMall.
