This role focuses on reducing material alerts, identifying root causes of shortages and delays, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. The position plays a critical role in improving replenishment strategies, enhancing visibility, and establishing robust real-time monitoring and escalation processes to support operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current material alert patterns (baseline ~100 alerts/day) to identify trends and systemic issues.
• Perform root cause analysis on material shortages and delivery delays.
• Implement corrective actions, including replenishment strategy and process improvements, to eliminate recurring alerts.
• Establish and maintain real-time monitoring and escalation processes for material delivery performance.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and planning teams to ensure alignment and execution.
