Job summary

Cainiao Group is seeking a warehouse operations professional to establish and continuously optimize SOPs based on business needs, ensuring targets are met.

You will optimize operations through layout, process optimization, and workforce structuring to improve utilization and reduce costs, while driving planning accuracy and leveraging experience in S&OP and reverse logistics.

Experience with on-site warehouse operations and strong data analysis skills are required; Chinese proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of warehouse operation experience, with relevant warehousing and logistics management experience.
• Familiar with the use of WMS systems in the industry and proficient in process design.
• Strong project management skills, having independently led projects, with a deep understanding and relevant experience in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Strong ability to anticipate warehouse operation risks and a strong sense of responsibility; able to withstand high work pressure; strong coordination and management skills.
• Strong data analysis and data operation capabilities. Proficient in Chinese.
