Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing.
• Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals and safety standards.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance for the area of responsibility.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, safety standards and company policies.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of belonging and collaboration.
• Act with integrity and align with Walmart values; support community impact initiatives.
• Deliver customer-focused results and apply EDLP/EDLC business models to plans.
