Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations and account management within our Dedicated Transportation Solutions unit. You will lead a team, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required.
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned function and lead the management of operations and account management.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance of exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Ensure compliance with state/local/federal regulations and safety standards.
• Provide customer service and expectation management.
• Support teamwork with international functional teams and crisis response as needed.
