• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements (production, quality, safety).
• Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns using judgment or seeking input as needed.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders in area of responsibility, providing direction, feedback and development.
