Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a warehouse operations supervisor in Dallas to coordinate daily activities, manage staffing, and drive quality through coaching and problem solving. You will enforce policies, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include staff development, process improvements, and effective communication with clients and vendors. High school diploma or GED and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Four years industry experience required.
• Two years supervisory required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly activities, planning workloads and staffing accordingly.
• Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards.
• Enforce policy and procedure compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments within the company.
• Respond to and solve production problems.
• Train employees on job duties and develop through coaching.
• Make suggestions and drive process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and employees.
• Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process.
