Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• Several years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, warehouse, and inventory operations.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Knowledge of transportation, shipping processes, carrier management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics and warehouse activities from order readiness through shipment completion.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, material movement, staging, and warehouse organization.
• Partner with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to prioritize orders and meet customer delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to support timely pickups and reliable service.
• Monitor operational performance, resolve bottlenecks, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and inventory accuracy.
