Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to basic transportation management principles.
• Participate in daily operational tasks: freight planning, asset utilization, safety management, and DOT compliance.
• Assist with driver payroll, logistics analysis, and routine maintenance coordination.
• Learn about driver retention initiatives and industry trends.
• Perform other related duties as required.
