Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a B Crew Supply Chain Operations Clerk in Liberty, MO. The role supports data entry and clerical tasks within our supply chain operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of documents.

You will update logs, respond to routine inquiries, and assist with tracking orders and carrier information while providing dependable customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to perform data entry and verify information.

Responsibilities

• Manage standard and routine data in software systems and applications.
• Update logs, documents and files to track operational, carrier and customer information.
• Receive and review documents for accuracy (dates, times, location, counts).
• Respond to basic internal and external customer questions; escalate complex needs.
• Print and prepare forms, labels, invoices and related documents for timely processing.
• Track orders and information through systems, vendors and related sources.
• Perform basic office and clerical duties including mail sorting and answering calls.
