Responsibilities

• Set up the Frankfort, KY team to operate independently.
• Model scenarios using negotiation to inform key decisions.
• Bridge Kaizen and Negotiation teams by making the call.
• Smooth handoff between Negotiation closing and Kaizen onboarding.
• Align go-to-market plans with Energy Plus LLC strategy.
• Keep Energy Plus LLC from optimizing a number that doesn't pay rent.
• Maintain compliance without hindering operations.
