Simpli is seeking a logistics operations professional to orchestrate donation shipments across the country. You will coordinate pickups from warehouses, manage carriers, and ensure on-time delivery to nonprofit partners.

This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes. You will build scalable workflows, track delivery metrics, and collaborate with brands and charities to ensure every donation is tracked and delivered responsibly.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end donation logistics from pickup at brand warehouses through final delivery to charity partners.
• Manage relationships with freight carriers, 3PLs, and last-mile delivery partners to ensure reliable, cost-effective shipping.
• Own charity coordination—confirm receiving capacity, schedule deliveries, handle exceptions, and ensure every partner has what they need to accept donations smoothly.
• Build and maintain compliance workflows—tax documentation, chain-of-custody records, product manifests, and regulatory requirements for product donations.
• Solve problems in real time—reroute shipments, manage damaged goods, handle capacity constraints, and keep everything moving when things don\'t go as planned.
• Track operational metrics—delivery times, cost per pound, placement success rates, charity satisfaction, and network utilization.
• Design scalable processes—document SOPs, build templates, and create systems that allow the operation to 10x without 10x the headcount.

Orchestrate the logistics that move products from Fortune 500 warehouses to communities across the country. You'll manage charity coordination, shipping partners, and compliance workflows — solving complex operational puzzles to ensure every donation is tracked, verified, and delivered on time.

Simpli doesn't just match products to charities — we move them. Pallets of inventory, across dozens of carriers, to hundreds of nonprofit locations, with full chain-of-custody documentation. Operations is the engine that makes every donation real.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Operational excellence in your DNA — you love making complex systems run smoothly
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or program management
• Strong attention to detail — when you're coordinating a 40,000 lb. shipment of baby formula to three states, details matter
• Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and operational tooling (we'll teach you the platform)
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders without dropping anything
• Clear, concise communication — you'll be the point of contact between brands, carriers, and charities
• Bonus: experience in nonprofit logistics, food banking, disaster relief, or freight management
