Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support engineering, production and quality operations in Mukilteo, WA. The role involves coordinating receiving, storing, and issuing parts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include expediting parts, processing material requests, and ensuring accurate inventory records so programs move forward smoothly. A high school diploma is required; associate degree and EPICOR experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong verbal and written communication; US person status required under export control laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Receiving to route packages by labels.
• Courier parts and materials to support engineering and production needs.
• Expedite items through Receiving and Inspection to maintain workflow.
• Process explosive material requests per procedures.
• Issue materials from inventory to production jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of issued/returned items.
• Inspect and count hardware and equipment for defects.
