Job summary

Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Composites Technician I to join our Mukilteo, WA facility. You will perform hands-on layup, tooling prep, material handling, and precision fabrication to produce high‑performance composite parts that meet aerospace specifications.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, inspecting parts, vacuum bagging, trimming, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. High school diploma and basic tool experience are required; prior aerospace experience is a plus.

As a Composites Technician I, you support the production of high-performance composite structures through hands-on layup, tool preparation, material handling, and precision fabrication work. Required Qualifications

• High school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Use of stairs.
• Occasional heavy lifting.
