Job summary

Colson Group Holdings LLC is seeking a warehouse associate at its Phoenix, AZ location. The role involves operating gas or electric reach and counterbalance forklifts to move and stage materials, and completing shipments from assembly using proper ERP workflows.

You will receive and store materials, maintain accurate inventory in Epicor, and load/unload trailers with focus on safety. The position requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 12 months related warehouse experience, including at least 1 year operating material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of warehouse product movement and the importance of accurate inventory transactions.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; strong work ethic; effective both independently and on a team.

Your impact

Grow your capabilities

• Work cross-functionally with department leads to hit daily and weekly targets.
• Build proficiency with ERP (Epicor), RF scanners, and tablets.
• Apply basic computer skills and math to ensure transaction accuracy and problem-solving.
• Leverage or develop MHE skills; operate basic hand tools (air drivers, wrenches, etc.).

Physical demands

• Standing and walking 8+ hours per day, including long-distance walking.
• Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds; bending and stooping.
