Collins Aerospace in Rockford, IL is seeking a Logistics Manager – Aftermarket Distribution Center to lead critical operations that deliver products and support to customers, keeping fleets operating safely and efficiently.

You will drive distribution center performance through strategic planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while partnering with leaders to improve productivity, costs, and customer satisfaction in a safety‑driven culture.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution center, supply chain, or related field.

As the Logistics Manager – Aftermarket Distribution Center, you will lead a critical operation that ensures our customers receive the products and support they need to keep their fleets operating safely and efficiently. In this highly visible leadership role, you will drive distribution center performance through strategic planning, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee development. You will partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategies that improve productivity, optimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement. This position leads both salaried and union-represented employees and plays a key role in shaping the future of our aftermarket logistics operations.

What You Will Do

• Experience in budget development and financial management to ensure alignment with business goals.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
