Job summary

Kendo Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Logistics to oversee freight forwarders, carriers, and DC partnerships for domestic and international channels. This hybrid role is based in the Monroe Township office with in-office Tue-Thu and remote Mon & Fri.

The position emphasizes developing processes, analyzing data, and partnering with DC operations and vendors to achieve optimal service and measurable cost savings. A college degree and 3+ years of logistics experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in program/logistics/distribution/fulfillment management.
• Experience working with freight forwarders and outsourced logistics providers.
• General knowledge of US import and export shipment documentation requirements and processes.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent technical skills -- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong analytical skills; ability to identify data anomalies.
• System integration experience.
• Effective relationship-building skills across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with domestic and global partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and manage processes to meet Kendo's logistics and transportation needs - domestic and international.
• Design, generate and maintain data sets and metrics to measure success.
• Partner with DC operations and vendors to optimize and manage operating practices and ensure optimal service.
• Create, communicate and monitor allocation and delivery calendars to maintain effective inbound and outbound flows.
• Drive successful implementation of key initiatives including: defining goals, scope, timelines, and vendor onboarding.
• Develop strong partnerships with multiple business leaders to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings.
