Job Title: Logistics Manager

Job Type: Full-time / Remote

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

We’re helping our client find a Logistics Manager to oversee wholesale order fulfillment for international accounts. In this role, you will manage end-to-end logistics operations, including order processing, shipping coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations. Your work will ensure timely, accurate delivery while optimizing costs and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics for wholesale orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for international accounts.
• Generate and send commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation in compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and carriers to optimize shipping costs and delivery timelines.
• Monitor order status in JOOR, SPX Commerce, Shopify, and NetSuite, ensuring seamless order processing.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and customs-related issues proactively.
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, providing order updates and tracking information.
• Ensure compliance with INCOTERMS, export/import regulations, and tax/duty requirements.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics (on-time delivery, freight costs) and implement process improvements.

• 3+ years in wholesale/international logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in JOOR (wholesale order management), SPX Commerce (B2B order processing), Shopify (order tracking & invoicing), and NetSuite (ERP/inventory management)
• Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation (commercial invoices, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Experience working with freight forwarders (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and customs brokers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot logistics delays.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration (sales, warehouse, finance).

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with EDI integrations for wholesale order processing.
• Knowledge of duty/tax optimization strategies.
• Experience in retail/e-commerce wholesale operations.
