Job summary

Canvas Inc. seeks a logistics contractor with life cycle knowledge to support DoD aircraft and systems, applying expert readiness analysis and sustainment planning across manpower, data, facilities, and supply functions.

Senior personnel will oversee junior staff, apply advanced standards, and coordinate program planning, funding, and logistics management systems to deliver effective technical solutions and ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in life cycle logistics for DoD programs.
• Ability to analyze readiness factors and formulate procedural solutions.

Job description

Contractor will assist by having life cycle logistics knowledge and experience in support of aircraft and systems, DoD experience is preferred. These personnel will also have a working experience and knowledge of a wide variety of logistics support activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, integrated logistics elements and support functions necessary to sustain the readiness and operational capability of a system, to include all the logistics elements of manpower and personnel, technical data, facilities, maintenance planning, supply support, and computer resource support for acquisition and sustainment planning. These personnel will demonstrate a working knowledge of program planning, funding, and logistics management information systems. The Contractor will demonstrate skills in analyzing, evaluating, interpreting readiness factors and formulating procedural solutions to problems.

Senior: Possesses the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered highly skilled in their technical / professional field. Possesses the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and journeyman Contractor personnel within the technical / professional discipline. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of their technical / professional discipline as well as possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices in their area of expertise.
