Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Logistics Specialists.
• Oversee daily logistics, transportation, inventory, and shipping activities.
• Ensure customer delivery requirements are met on time and accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Analyze logistics and inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools using Excel.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, carriers, production teams, and third-party logistics providers.
• Lead inventory audits and support corrective actions when needed.
• Assist with cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve shipment issues, customer concerns, and delivery escalations.

Are you an experienced logistics professional with a background in automotive manufacturing and a passion for leading teams? We're looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee logistics operations, inventory management, customer deliveries, and supply chain performance for a growing automotive-focused organization.

What You'll Do

Work Environment

This is primarily an office-based leadership position with a strong focus on Excel reporting, data analysis, customer communication, and ERP system management. You'll spend most of your time collaborating with operations teams, customers, suppliers, and leadership while occasionally supporting activities on the warehouse floor.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
