Job summary

ZURU is seeking a Canada-based logistics professional to own and optimize Canadian supply chain performance. You will manage 3PL and freight partners, drive on-time delivery, and coordinate replenishment for major Canadian accounts with a focus on efficient, KPI-driven operations.

Position Impact

• Short-term impact: You provide reliable, self-directed coverage of Canadian logistics, resolving freight and short-shipment exceptions quickly and keeping replenishment, promotions, and displays on schedule.

• Long-term impact: You build a dependable, KPI-driven Canadian logistics operation, strengthening partnerships with leading Canadian retailers (Such as Walmart, Loblaws, etc…) and positioning ZURU for sustainable, well-supplied growth in the market.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Canadian 3PL and Freight Partners: Oversee our 3PL and freight partners, including performance oversight and issue resolution.

• Own Fill Rate and On-Time Delivery: Take accountability for Canadian fill rate and on-time delivery performance, maintaining agreed service-level targets across retail accounts.

• Coordinate Retail Delivery and Replenishment: Manage delivery and replenishment for Canadian accounts.

• Support Sales Execution: Partner with local sales counterparts on features, promotions, and in-store displays, ensuring inventory and logistics are aligned to execute them on time.

• Act as Cross-Regional Intermediary: Serve as the link between local teams, customers, and China-based operations teams, translating requirements and resolving issues across time zones.

• Drive KPIs: Define, track, and drive improvements against logistics KPIs on own initiative, and resolve freight, short-shipment, and delivery exceptions with Canadian carriers.

• Align Inventory Flow: Collaborate with demand planning, sourcing, and US logistics counterparts to maintain aligned inventory flow.

Skills & Experience

• 3 – 6+ years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation, ideally supporting Canadian retail accounts (Walmart Canada, Loblaws, Canadian Tire, etc…)

• Demonstrated ability to run a market independently with minimal oversight

• Strong record of self-driven process and KPI improvement (fill rate, on-time delivery)

• Experience managing 3PL and freight partners and resolving carrier exceptions

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, comfortable working across time zones with international teams

• An entrepreneurial, ownership mindset with a bias for action
