Job summary

Evo seeks a Logistics Manager to plan and execute global event logistics, shipping RTS equipment, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors. You will report to the VP of Operations and work with RTS Event Managers across domestic and international Evo events.

Ideal candidates will drive process improvements, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while sustaining a remote-friendly, travel-y role that requires collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

Role Overview

As Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of Evo and RTS live events globally. You will work closely with the VP of Operations and RTS Event Managers to ship, store and inventory the RTS owned equipment that needs to move to and from international and domestic Evo events.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, can operate independently, and can manage vendors, budgets, and production timelines effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, contractors, and venues.

Reporting Structure

You will report to the Vice President, Operations or Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping of RTS owned and operated equipment required for all Evo domestic and international events. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, game consoles, PCs, accessories, monitors, and Evo displays
• Manage all customs through third party freight forwarding companies
• Inventory and asset management
• Create and implement equipment storage plans (domestic and international)
• Develop framework and process flow for return post event for internal teams as well as third parties for internally owned as well as rented equipment
• Budget & Reporting
• • Manage specific line items within event budgets
  • Track invoices and vendor payments in collaboration with finance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline costs and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in live event operations and international shipping management
• Experience working with 3rd party freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Demonstrated experience managing equipment inventory and storage solutions
• Strategic thinker who can also manage on-the-ground execution
• Proficient in event management and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Able to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams
• A sense of ownership and accountability even when working remotely
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

Compensation

The salary for this role is $95,000 to $120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
