CCT Environmental is seeking a driven, highly organized Logistics Manager to join our leadership team in Channelview, TX. This is a critical role for a fast-growing environmental services company known for delivering exceptional waste management, field services, and industrial solutions across Texas and the Gulf Coast.

We are looking for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, can optimize daily operations, and brings structure to dispatch, fleet coordination, and frontline service execution.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Logistics Oversight

• Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring on-time, efficient routing of drivers and field crews
• Balance workload and optimize routing to reduce mileage, fuel costs, and overtime
• Oversee scheduling of projects, emergency response coordination, and service call prioritization

Fleet Management

• Supervise preventive maintenance schedules and repair coordination for company vehicles and equipment
• Ensure DOT compliance, vehicle inspections, and driver logs are maintained properly
• Work closely with vendors, mechanics, and drivers to ensure maximum uptime

Operational Execution

• Lead daily operations meetings and crew briefings
• Monitor field performance and job status updates to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Standardize workflows, operational checklists, and SOPs for consistency across jobs
• Supervise dispatchers, drivers, and field techs to ensure accountability and strong team performance
• Hire, onboard, and coach operational staff as needed
• Create a culture of safety, responsiveness, and service excellence

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain and report key KPIs related to fleet, logistics, safety, and field operations
• Work with ownership and accounting teams to manage labor and equipment cost controls
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and transportation regulations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in operations or logistics management (transportation, waste, construction, or industrial services preferred)
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Strong knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations
• Tech-savvy with dispatch/fleet software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to build processes, scale teams, and drive results
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
